Gamestopping

The act of sabotaging a Conglomerate Stock Game for the benefit of the small investors.

Person 1: Look at this, man! Our fave anime site is being short sold by some Corporate assholes!
Person 2: Time for Gamestopping! Buy up as much stock as you can so they will bleed!

GameStop New

When an item is clearly used but is being sold as "New" because it was taped shut after being opened.

1: I got a new copy of Smash Bros.

2: It's not wrapped though.

1: Yeah it's GameStop New

2: Ah, yes.

Gamestopped

When a company, person, or similar does the bait-and-switch. When you are expecting one thing, but get something completely different. Another word for getting shanked.

A common situation where this can be used is when you really want a new video game console, but the only people who have them are scalpers who charge 150%+ over retail. "You’ll get Gamestopped if you buy from those people.”
