An alternative term for Erectile Dysfunction, as to imply that one's peepee is "eepy" (itself a clipping of the word "sleepy".) Could be abbreviated as EPPP.

Person 1: Poor guy, I heard Person 3 came down with Eepy Peepee, he could not get it up while sleeping with Person 4.

A name that is used for naming a Man (or in the case of a female Miss/Mrs. Peepers) that sits outside of the home/office window and stares at you like the creepy bastard that he/she is.
