Dragon is Luffy’s Father and the Son of Monkey d. Garp (Known as Luffy’s Grandpa). Hes birthday is in October 5. Voiced by Hidekatsu Shibata (Toei Animation), Bryan Massey (Funimation) Hes the Leader of the Revolution army which is aimming to take down the World Government. Dragon is known as the “World Worst Criminal”. He is mysterious. Hes from the anime called “One piece”. Most people know that Sabo (Luffy’s Brother) Is in the Revolution army with he's father. No one knows too much about him.
