Someone who is a Mint Picker plays games casually (usually from one developer but it can be others), often participating in busy work such as mining, or picking flowers (such as mint the most common flower in Genshin Impact) and doesn't care about developers treating their customers with decency, such as the ones who enjoy harder content. This person is usually someone who gets easily offended and upset.

Mint Picker is a gacha streamer who is Free to Play and has to figure out how to spend hours streaming when they run out of in-game stamina. The joke is that they ran out of things to do and were just picking Mints.
