A group on Livejournal where people post ideas for (usually) erotic stories they want to read. A request is "filled" when someone actually writes the story and posts it in the meme. These groups are frequently populated by women, so expect lots of homoerotic requests.

Imagine a small child being surprised by a jack-in-the-box every single time the toy springs out and you'll have a fairly good idea of what the collective internet considers witty.
