A person that secretly dislikes all of their friends.

Acts friendly towards people in person but when alone reflects upon how annoying everybody is or other things they don't like. May or may not talk shit depending on the person.

2. A person who behaves in such a way (also known as a hater baiter).

The term sounds a little like "masturbate" which is no coincidence because ego and narcissism are where hater bait comes from.
