Another way to say "Magic Tree House". The Magic Tree House series is actually just Jack and Annie falling asleep is a public restroom and having dreams.

A public school containing fakes, attention seekers, pick me’s, hicks, trumpies, stoners, and loud people. This is the school where most of the drama happens.
Have you every been to the Rock Valley public school? Well I have and now I have a massive headache from everyone in there.

The Public Sphere is an area in social life where individuals can come together to freely discuss and identify societal problems. The concept of the Public Sphere devoloped during "The Enlightenment" (1650-1800) Through such discussion, this Public Sphere can influence political action. Public referring to "Society as a whole". This as opposed to the Private Sphere such as family, the marketplace and Government Structures. The Public Sphere is a place common to all. It is in this Public Sphere where ideas and information can be exchanged. This public debate is defined as the expression of views on matters that are of concern to the public—often, but not always, with opposing or diverging views being expressed by participants in the discussion. Sharing of ideas in the Public Sphere between individuals without the overview of authority allowed for the creation and critique of ideas without fear of traditional authority figures.

A way to convince people that it is them getting something out of viewing the art rather than the artist(s) making money. At least in a museum, it's obvious to people that somebody is made money out of it somewhere along the way, since they bought tickets, and could have chosen not to.
Public art is something under the guise of benefitting everybody instead of something that benefits the artist(s).
