prob since the majority of usa is overweight, this is no longer an insult but more of a joke, though be careful not to use it that way. better use it to describe yourself long enough until it is socially accepted to use it on friends.

Fat Adrian

A conventionally unattractive person named Adrian. These types of people are usually located in the eastern European area. This type of person will also attack you a lot, and thinks they're special. (They're not.) Fat Adrian can also be people that don't have the name "Adrian", but it must be similar-- "Archie" or "Ayaan" would suffice.

John: "Yo man, did you see that douche Adrian?! He stole my lunch money!"
Jade: "Yeah, that's a Fat Adrian."
