adjective: an individual, typically a woman, whose voice is high-pitched and irritating – exactly what vaginas would sound like if they could talk. This ear-piercing speaking technique is used most often by Asian women, particularly the ching-chong ching-chong variant: Koreans, Chinese, Japanese. This phenomenon is also observed in Southeast Asians and Latinas. This type of voice is very common in Japanese porn and Korean aegyo. They think they're cute doing it but they sound like toddlers throwing a tantrum.
