fent bud is low grade marijuana that has been laced with fentanyl to increase its potency. Fentanyl is suspended in a liquid solution, sprayed on the marijuana, and then allowed to dry. Diluted terpenes may be added to mask the scent and give the weed a stronger flagrance.

While fent but is not particularly strong because of the inefficiency smoking it, smoking enough or consuming it orally can cause noticable signs of opioid intoxication.
