From the combination of the words douche and touché, douché means a kinda dick move, that’s clever, witty, and deserved to a degree.
Friend A: In the coffee shop, the people next to me were loud and rude. They found the perfect name for their new business, so I just bought the domain name.

An appropriate response to a retort so spectacularly bad and douchey that it brings everything to a screeching halt.
A random douchebag losing an argument resorts to something along the lines of 'You're such a faggot' while surrounded by progressives, thus making things terribly awkward for everyone. 'Douché' is a wonderful response.

Akin to the French-borrowed “Touché”. Conceding a point to an opponent in an argument in spite of his underlying douchebaggitude.

Used to admit that someone has made a clever or effective point, while pointing out that they're still a douche. A blend of douche and touché.

2nd person: No, and you’re not giving me much reason to come back.

A combination of the word douche and touché. Said in response to a douchey point and/or a point said by a douchey person. The douche will say something they think is intelligent, but in reality what they said will be some nonsense. In response you should, instead of acknowledging their point with the normal "touché," say "douché," calling their point and them douchey in one go. Maybe they won't even realize you said this word instead of the french one. Pronounced doo-shay.
Person 1: "My psychiatrist said that I'm entering a deep depression due to my brother's death."
Douche: "Don't you know mental health is a myth? Just don't be sad."
Person 1: "Douché."

A term to describe the phenomenon of when you are being a douchebag to someone, and they respond in a manner of douchebag that is at an equal or higher magnitude than that which you confronted them with.
