Chilandi

A woman who exhibits behavior that may be considered sexually provocative, bitchy, or whiny, although she may not fully embrace such a lifestyle yet, but seems inclined toward it. Such a woman is more likely to be influenced by the media and may be drawn into a lifestyle with an illusion that it is somehow empowering for her as a woman.
