When someone is not online, you send them constant messages with the word "meep"

When sneaking up behing someone and poking them with a loud "MEEP"

Perhaps originating from the Road-Runner and Wile-E-Coyote cartoons in which the Road-Runner only said "meep meep"
Can be used as a greeting or exclamation, it is also simply a noice that one may make.

someone who tries and is normally fairly successful at life, but at moments fails miserably at being cool. There is no cure. As the notorious adage goes, once a meep always a meep.

Those Tulane girls are such meeps... I can't believe they walked out of that awesome concert to go chill in the dorms because it was "too crowded"

1. In a group picture, the one person that's standing in the background, completely visible, with no expression on their face.

2. The one person that doesn't contribute anything to a conversation besides an occasional "ha ha" or "yeah".

3. The person that doesn't text with any emotion.

Grace: "Well I was wondering if you maybe wanted to hang out later!"
