The stench a plant gives off when it's dying, or the bad smell some plants give off, like Rafflesia, to attract pollinators. From FLower + fART.

I hate getting bouquet flowers---you can't keep 'em for long. After a few days, the whole house stinks from bouquet flart. Cut flowers don't have any roots, so you can't save 'em by putting 'em in a pot with soil!
