A homebrew version of a system or game that has been modified to the point where it's barely recognisable. It is usually created with little care, and to chaotic, completely foreseen effect.

"We're going to play my new hacked and cracked version of D & D. I haven't tested it yet, but I think it will be WILD!"

He's Cracked

Mostly used in pvp/shooter games where players have shields as part of their health bar, such as Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Fortnite, etc., and is used when a player breaks or fully depletes another player's shield, and is now most likely low in health, and an easy elimination.

"Let's push him, I just hit him for 150 bro, he's cracked, he should be low!"
