50/50 friend

A 50/50 friend is a person you talk, or hang out with a lot, but you don't have a very strong connection with them, or they have friends they like more.

Me and Andrew are 50/50 friends. We talk a lot, and we meet up after school, but he likes his friend Max more.

I'm Jessica's 50/50 friend. She has other friends she likes, but we walk together, talk together, and hang out at the mall.

Me: 50/50 friend means you are friendly with someone, but you have other friends you like more.

the space/pause between boy friend and girl friend is the friend "zone"; classifying you only as a friend that is a guy or a friend that is a girl, nothing more.
