Giving someone a dirty ellie is a sign of great affection, and is only given to the closest friends. A dirty Ellie is usually performed on bare backs, but can be substituted for over-the-shirt in a pinch.

smelly ellie is a person who talks shit about people only to get other's attention. Body Shaming and insulting other's mental health is fun for her, as it makes herself feel better. She also enjoys not showering/ wearing deodorant to school, therefore smells bad. Which is quite disturbing for others. So in conclusion, Smelly Ellie not only physically smells bad, but is also a stinky person because of her shitty personality.
