Not exactly tailgating, car shadowing is where a car would float near and around the view of one's side/rear mirrors; traveling about the same speed and making the same maneuvers as the one being shadowed.

A nigga who thinks adding shadow to something makes it sound cool and uses that as his online name. He also likes to spam the word “fuck” in his sentences to make him sound cool

Perhaps the gayest scariest unidentifiable thing ever.
Commonly known as "Shadow" This rare individual rarely leaves it's lair and only leaves when the light comes around to the dark side of the room.
We would like to call it a demon yet nobody wants to get close to this vicious beast..

I swear it's like a Shadow Hunter they don't seem to be aware of their surroundings it's like they are in another world

A person that rides a Honda or any other metric motorcycle and talks trash about a Harley Davidson. They typically wear all of the Harley clothing to try and blend in. Harley riders make these people ride in the back of the group.
Did you see that guy with all of the Harley clothing walk out of the convience store and get on his Harley Shadow? He has to pretend to like what he rides but is only a shadow to a Harley.
