shred chicks are the most coveted girls around. they are passionate and sassy, and have amazing snowboarding skills. they will school you in the park, work you in the trees, and if you are very lucky, kiss you on the lift. the faint of heart and gear cannot hope to approach the shred chick. you must be up to the challenge.

Chick-ok is a word and communication tool created to describe the middle place when your girl tells you she is ok...but is clearly not-ok. She may be only partly not-ok, or in denial that she is not-ok.

"Hey, you've been pretty quiet all evening. Are you ok or are you chick-ok? If you're chick-ok, that's fine- I just want to know where you're at..."

A regional term for someone basic who also lacks grace and style. A person who would choose housing based on location, organize private Facebook groups, laugh about inside jokes publicly, and wear clothes that were fashionable three years ago.

Person 1: "Oh my gosh, did you hear that girl laughing about her Facebook group chat in the grad lounge?"
Person 2: "She must be a fog chick."
