When a character in a Hollywood movie of 'X' race is played by a half white actor with the other half being that of the 'X' race, it is known as semi whitewashing.
In the new One Punch Man live action movie the actor playing Saitama is actually half Japanese and half white. They did a semi whitewashing on the main character which is better than whitewashing.

Bands that think they are full on rock and roll, who usually have a large fan base. However, when the mirror is held up, they are more like a pop band. Examples include the Foo Fighters, Three Doors Down, Winger, and of course Nickelback.
