The point at which a door is almost closed, but there is just enough space for a cat to get through, usually done intentionally as to not lock a cat out of a room.
"Can you please Cat Close the door when you leave my room? I want some privacy, but I don't want to lock the cat out."

When your mom told you to go to sleep hours ago, but you decided you would stay up and play video games and you hear her coming down the hall, so you put everything down and act asleep. You wait until you hear the door open and shut to start moving again. But, surprise, surprise, she shut the door, and stayed inside your room, and caught you red handed.

A street in Studlands Park, Newmarket, England, United Kingdom, Europe, Eurasia, Earth, Solar System, Milky Way, The Universe, The Multiverse,in which everyone has tea and crumpets and sits by the fireplace speaking with posh accents all day.
"I heard there is a new couple moving in on Royal Palace Close with us."
"Wot, wot old chap?"
"I said there is a new coup-"
"I heard, I heard. Pass the crumpets."
"By George I think he's got it!"
