Wock is Promethazine and Codeine mixed to create a purple drink known commonly known as, wock, wockhardt, lean, purple drank, syrup. When mixed it creates a drink that produce milk euphoric side effect/drowsiness/ a dissociative feeling from all other parts of the body. When used in high dosage it can become very dangerous and lead to lung failure and possibly seizures. Wock is very popular within the hip-hop industry.
