I literally just had to do this. I'm reading all the other definitions here; even seen someone try n let us know when this actually was worthy to become "legit" which included a definition which obviously requires its very own word. However they noted the wrong year. "Circa 2002" if I remember correctly. I'm sure I did because I was giddy to realize even MORE proof this "label" was introduced by people I know, but also of course me. I graduated in '01 so there u go...but it was ALREADY birthed into this world, circa 1998. There is a book about this exact and specific. However, just like the other definitions here, it is not gender neutral, but, gender specific.
