Sismance is the combination of two words, "Sister" and "Romance". It describes the unique female & male bonding found between "brother and sister from another mother".
They aren't blood related but Raymond treats Astrid like a little Sister, caring and protective. They have such a Sismance going on at the office.

A very serious illness affecting the internal organs. Its occurs when the host (often non-black) is housing a younger middle age soulful black woman.
