Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time.

A "hip" expression of the 1960's-70's that advises you not to do something risky unless you are willing and able to accept the full weight of the consequences.

Ironically popularized by the theme song to the TV show "Baretta" starring Robert Blake.
Fred: "I'm losing my license for drunk driving..."

Charlie: "Quit complaining! You know what they tell you: 'don't do the crime if you can't do the time!'"

Don't Bring The Brullox If You Can't Handle The Rullex

When a "self-proclaimed rapper" gets high, then pissed off and tries to rhyme the words "brawl" and "ruckus," the words must be changed into words that don't exist, thus, "Don't bring the brawl if you can't handle the ruckus" becomes "Don't bring the brullox if you can't handle the rullex."
"Don't bring the brullox if you can't handle the rullex."

If you can't take it don't give it

Don't like criticism "then Don't give it if you can't take it

I don't care if you're talking to God

Used to state that you do not care about the other person's excuse, no matter how serious it is.
Student: But sir, I was held up because I was giving mouth-to-mouth to someone who had cardiac arrest.

Teacher: I don't care if you're talking to God, detention!
