To talk more than is required to communicate evectivley. Someone who repetitivly annoys people by continuing to talk even once their point has been made. Talking for no aparent reason. Enjoying the sound of there own voice. Fear of silence.

There once was this guy I knew, he used to talkalot, I dont know him any more. I cant remember his name or much about him but I did know him. I cant remember where from or where but I did know someone. You know. you know what I mean. No?
