An emphatic, elongated, and often humorous variant of the word “nope,” combining the brevity of “nope” with the dramatic emphasis of an extended “noooooooope.” Used to convey strong refusal, utter rejection, or comedic disbelief.

When Jason suggested jumping into the freezing lake at midnight, everyone just looked at him and replied in unison, “Nupe.”
