1: A phobia in which the person's reality drastically changes to a point where there is no going back. This fear usually occurs due to the fact of 2020 changing everything. They are scared of continuing on, so they try everything in their power to go back to the "normal" days. Thus, "echoing" the past in their hopes to return to "normal". They often reminisce about the past and find themselves uncontrollably crying at the slightest hint of nostalgia. They aren't necessarily afraid of change. Rather, they're afraid of not being able to control it and go back.
