1) An inquisitive remark; a way of asking "are you for certain that what you are expressing right now is something that can be trusted?"
2) A confirmation of seriousness.
3) A deep and philosophical question, as in: "Are you sure that you are not f*cking around right now?"
4) An exclamation.

Cerealism

The belief that one day, Cap'n Crunch will take everybody on his boat to live in a beautiful existence of sugary cereal, sailing on the celestial sea.

Related to the term Cerealist, though not all Cerealists necessarily follow Cerealism.

We'll sail to exotic islands and harvest the froot loops from the trees
We'll find the lucky charms at the end of the rainbow
