A sex act in which two people defecate and proceed to build something out of their feces. A third person judges the quality of each build and selects a winner, much like a Lego building contest. The judge then has sex with the winner on top of the loser (who is in turn on a bed of legos, so each thrust presses them more into the legos, a quite painful experience).
