Kids between the ages of eleven and fourteen who believe they are rebels or street kids but who really are white suburban children who are a nuisance to society. They believe they are thugs, but are just little kids causing trouble.

Kids who hang out at McDonald's and order nothing but simply bug employees and other customers until their parents call them home for dinner. Also know as a thug munchkin
