Someone who values listening to themselves speak endlessly about a subject no one really esteems or cares about. The speaker carries on indefinetly in attempt to make everyone around him feel baser until someone has the nerve to call him smart ass.

Anyone who gives a filibuster demonstrates a small percentage of the smart asses out there.

smart smoking

when its really cold someone takes a cigarette and starts to pretend smoking without lighting the cig. in fact the smoke that comes out the mouth is just steam, but it looks cool.

Greg is against smoking, but wanted to seem cool so he just started smart smoking and two chicks came around him.
