An Italian Antonio is loyal, strong willed, and intelligent. If an Antonio is 100% Italian he also looks great. A Hispanic Antonio is physicaly strong but has lower morals and a much lower intellect. You can tell them apart easily due to Hispanic Antonios looking just as ugly as there rape baby Spanish/tribal relatives. I met an Antonio in Italy and he was a great friend, then I traveled to Argentina and met a brain dead Antonio playing soccer.
