Dr. Wal-Mart 

A doctor in a clinic, usually in a wal mart or other store like target, that has basically no medical knowledge, and only exists as a means to get perscriptions when you don't have a real doctor. You usually dont go to said doctor for a diagnosis, as they are to dumb to give one.

Mom: Jill has strep.

Dad: I'll just take her to Dr. Wal-mart.

To discribe something or someone that has it all, such as an attractive woman who has all the right parts, a guy who is well built and/or has money or nice things or a sharp car. Refering to the fact that you can get almost anything at Wal-mart.
