Used as a non-sequitur in argumentation or conversation. At any point where you don't like the direction of the conversation, this is a good way to bring it to a close. A deragotory question used to end a argument. Meaning to suggest that somebody leave the inside of a dwelling to go outside where he/she then hides in order to win in the game that nobody else will play in what the feel is a good hiding place and begins masturbating - by themself.
