Combination of "disgusting" and "customer". Anyone in retail or customer service will understand this word. Customers are always trying to get one over you, give you an extremely hard time to get what they want. They don't trust the salesperson or customer service rep. They become a disgustomer

Being publicly disgusted is when you act like your grossed out by something by actually don't care at all. You just act disgusted in front of everyone so your not looked at as weird in front of everyone.

Also Person 2: secretly doesn't care if not likes that he got to taste his cousins pussy but just acted publicly disgusted to stop unwanted thoughts or conversation about it.
