a filler word, can be any part of speech: noun, pronoun, verb, adverb, adjective, etc; the kind of word you use when you don't know what to say back to someone or to confuse the hell out of people; a word that makes you sound like a boss

Them: "Dude I bombed that test"
You: "That's so CHICLESANO"

Them: "Yo are you going to that party tonight?"
You: "Chiclesano"

Them: "Send pics."
You: "No that's chiclesano."

Them: "Hey you got the answer key?"
You: "Chiclesano."
