A word to make fun of the the arab news site al jazeera. It implicitly claims all news coming from the like named website or newsoutlet can be compared to cum distrubuted by a penis. Also the name "Al Jazeera" translates to "peninsula", which, with some dyslectic fantasie, can be interpurted like the word penis.
