A place, experience, person or food that is/was beyond good. So good, that it needs bullshit in front of the word good just to describe how good it is/was.
"How good was that banana bread this morning?"
"Bro, it was bullshit good"

"How was your night last night?"
"Dude, it was bullshit good"

"So, was he/she any good between the sheets?"
"Man, he/she was bullshit good"
