“Ms Dol” is the name students use for Ms Dolly, a new teacher at the old school who quickly made a name for herself as a great teacher who keeps things running smoothly—so long as you don’t push her buttons. She’s fair, organised, and knows how to keep a class under control, meaning if you do the right thing you’ll have a smooth sailing school year. Students respect her because she teaches well, explains things clearly, and makes sure everyone stays on track, but they also know she’s not someone to mess around with. Ghetto Doily

A cheap napkin placed under a cup or bowl on top of a tray or saucer. Serves to prevent it from sliding around while being carried and to absorb a small amount of spillage

The poor waitress nearly dropped by bowl of soup and it sloshed out onto the plate. It could’ve been a disaster if she hadn’t put a ghetto doily under it.

What would Dolly do?

I'm assuming it's a secular alternative to WWJD, substituting Dolly Parton for Jesus. Elementally it means, respond to adversity by demonstrating that you're not being dragged into negativity and moving on instead. Perhaps my puffing up your chest or holding your head high. Or just because you feel like doing those things, regardless of any adversity.
Inevitably highjacked by faux feminist and pop feminists with self-congratulatory memes about achievements that aren't gender specific.

Person one: "My partner done gone and left me for another woman. what would Dolly do?"
Person two: "Correct your grammar and self-reflect, don't be judgemental or infer that everyone of a certain gender act the same way" *sprays hair heavily and moves on*
