3rd party effect

questioning the feeling of being in the wrong place when in a group or social get together, while inadvertently not having a point of reference while the parties chat away like old times, while you sip on your pint and think after 10minutes, this is a bit weird

going out with your boy/girl friend who still sees / communicates with the ex-partner on a regular basis, whilst inadvertently receiving the 3rd party effect when in social outings or arrangements that make you feel like you need not be there

boyfriend effect

The boyfriend effect is basically when your boyfriend comes to visit your place (or you go to visit his) and somehow your room ends up looking like absolute anarchy. The boyfriends presence somehow made the room go from completely organized to post apocalyptic…even though he literally didn’t do anything…and no one knows why.

“Sorry girl! My room’s a mess! I had it real clean this morning.”

“Don’t worry about it! Did your man visit today?”

“Yeah. He just left actually.”

“Aah that’s why then…it’s the boyfriend effect.”

where somehow a piece of media or just a crappy fanfiction starts having ties to reality. or just becomes reality.
whether its canon or not. the green sun effect can happen. like the fnaf events on a normal chuck e cheese.

"holy fuck i think fnaf got the green sun effect, do you see the damn news?"
"we have been judged apparently by gods to have the craziest shit stories that they want to turn against us for 2020"
