A sudden and short rave that is usually started by a person switching the light on and off in a strobe-like way while shouting "10 SECOND RAVE". The other people in the room are then obliged to start partying hard for roughly 10 seconds, give or take a few. After the Rave is done, everyone returns to their previous tasks like nothing ever happened.
John: 10 SECOND RAAAAVE *switches lights on and off*

Steve: Wow that was some 10 second rave huh?
John: Shut up Steve.

A modular joke extracted from a line in the energy drink commercial parody, "Power Thirst 2: Re-Domination". The line is , "Side effects include: Glowing Sweat! Use your sweaty body to fuel SWEET RAVE PARTIES!" The word "rave" is usually replaced by a word fitting the situation, and occasionally substituted for by multiple words and whole sentences.
Person 1: "My car broke down on the freeway, and I had to call AAA."
Person 2: "Sweet tow truck party!"
