Rule 86

A rule where when something has two colors, and has a screen, can play Bad Apple

Examples:
1. Playing Bad Apple on a TI-84 calculator
2. Playing Bad Apple on a flipbook
3. Black MIDI Playing Bad Apple 3.5 Million in Piano from Above (i5-8350U Legit Run)
A: Guys i saw Bad Apple on a calculator!
B: I saw it on Piano from Above with 5.1 million notes!
C: Oh well? See Bad Apple!! Black Hole Mode
B: WHAT?!? 78 MILLION NOTES????? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???!!!??
C: By merging other Black MIDIs about Bad Apple
B: IT CANT BE. RULE 86 IS ALSO ON BLACK MIDI.
