Techno-Tear

Strong emotional response to techno music resulting in happy tears and/or crying.

I remember being on the main stage of Movement watching Hawtin close out Saturday thinking to myself, I bet I could walk right out behind one of those monitors and sit down right next to one of the stage crew and no one would say anything. I later told this to my friend running the festival only for him to say I should have. I shed a very happy techno-tear that day. Was surreal.

Techno Toe

A jammed toe which was sustained via listening to dark and dirty techno is called a Techno Toe. Techno Toes are more likely to be contracted settings where the techno being played is too good (Bedroom, Club, Festival) resulting in the subject losing control of their podiatry functions, resulting in subjects often bumping their toes into hard surfaces (such as tables, platforms, walls) or even more commonly, getting stepped on by other members in the audience.

Person 1: Omg what happened to your toe?

Person 2: I'm okay, the DJ was just throwing down too many bangers and unfortunately, I gave myself techno toe.
