A Nappy Killah is a drink served at Harvelles, a bar in Long Beach California pioneered by the door man Steve-Oh. The drink consists of 1 shot of tequila, and 1 part pinapple juice in a highball with ice.

The drink originated after Steve-Oh the door man needed a more simple drink to slurp while sitting on a bar stool outside the door, since his typical drink white russian became cost prohibitive.

EY Cevin, go get me a Nappy Killah, this bar stool diggin into my ass!

A person that has a face that looks like a butt and is very violent. Their face (which is a butt crack) holds a knife that they bring out to kill. He also walks around not knowing where he is going due to his butthole being his eye. After the kill, he goes to the bathroom to drop a fat nuke.
