Ben: don’t you mean tub it out?
Manager: what?
Ben: you wouldn’t understand

To be Loc’d out is to feel better than normal, above. Some examples are,

1. Being faded.

2. Big chillin.

1. Man after taking a swig of that 40 and hittin that blunt a few times I’m feeling loc’d out.
