When oppressive forces like military or police try to be progressive or worldly, not realizing that doing so is innately impossible and the contradiction just ends up satirizing themselves. Prominent examples include police learning to meditate or drone operators wearing hijabs.

Oppressed White Guy Syndrome

This Personality Disorder is characterized by an enduring pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving which is significantly different from the person's culture and results in negative consequences.
