When you see a male or female african american at a restaurant, typically in a large city or town. The nigger is normally consuming large amounts of food at once causing them to take larger bites giving the effect that they are chomping real hard.

Darren: Yo sam you see that nigger over in that restaurant?
Sam: Yeah dude hes nigger chomping for sure theres food all over the table and floor.
