A Markiplier Moment is a moment (shocking, I know) which comes out as masochistic in some regards. Its characterised by famous youtuber Markiplier, whom is known to push his pain tolerance level, thus been called a masochistic individual.
Person accepts the pain in this situation. Even welcomes, enjoys it.

Person A: Oh, I think I hit my elbow, but it's fine.
Person B: Are you fine?
Person A: Yes, sure. Tbh, I kinda like it.
