A mis-spoken version of "word up!" It is used to confirm or affirm something said in another sentence. Like approving of something another has said. Originated in Greenwich, CT by none other than Mr. Edward Larkin. It is now commonly used by Greenwich kids and laxers alike.

It virtually means: what's going on, how are you doing, what's happening, etc...it is a saying that is Born, Bred and Said by most Detroit Natives.(may also be spelled, "What Up Doe")

The man walked into the store and as he passed a young man that was leaving out and he said to him, Whudupdoe? The young man said the same in return. A simple greeting of affection and acknowledgment of people you pass, meet or greet!
